4 couples came to Los Barriles to kite, fish, surf, relax, and to celebrate. All of our expectations were met and exceeded. Larry was a gracious host. He made sure our every need was looked after. He was invaluable in helping us to organize chef Norma, a sail/fishing trip(caught a Marlin), and even a swim with enormous whale sharks. The home is well stocked with everything you need and was perfect for entertaining during our stay. We shared wonderful meals under the palapa, made good use of both the indoor and the outdoor kitchens. We watched the gorgeous moonrise from the spool and even made it up to see every sunrise.

There is plenty of space to lounge around indoors and out. Plenty of space to get some alone time as well. Each suite has a comfortable bed and has its own bathroom. The house is well located right on the beach. We were able to launch our kites right in front of the house. We even had a bonfire. Everything in town is within walking distance. The same crew is already planning our next visit to Hacienda del mar!
