As you drive up to this amazing Hacienda you instantly know you have chosen the 'Best of the Best' in Los Barriles'. “Hacienda del Mar” loosely translates to “Estate by the Sea”.

A spectacular, Spacious, 6 or 7** Bedroom 6 1/2 bath, 7,345 sq ft, Beachfront Hacienda in the Village Los Barriles. An amazing Hacienda with a long list of amenities like an infinity pool and huge spa, giant palapa room and a quiet, romantic, fountain courtyard located on the quietest, best white sand beach in Los Barriles.

Hacienda del Mar can potentially accommodate up to 24 guests when you include the optional 6th casita. All suites, apart from the kids bunk room, have on suite bathrooms which elevates the experience while vacationing with friends or family.

A perfect venue for weddings (hosted 14 so far - 99 guests maximum capacity), family reunions, or just a bunch of amigos to come together for kite boarding, windsurfing, fishing, or to simply chill under your private palapa bar and the amazing spa / infinity pool.

The Hacienda is only 2 blocks from the best bars, restaurants, markets, and shops making renting a car unnecessary. However, renting our new 2 person Honda ATV’s or 5 person Polaris side x side makes running errands and exploring the beaches way more fun.

We are proud to offer Catering and our in home Chef which is perfect for arrival night after a long day of travel. Please, If you do not choose our Chef, get permission to use an outside person as several have been banned from our property for various reasons.

Hacienda del Mar is about an hour northeast of San Jose del Cabo airport, making a perfect get away from the Cabo crowds. We offer airport transfers with Wi-Fi in our private 15 passenger shuttles for a seamless trip to paradise. **See the Concierge page**

Upon arrival relax outside on the patio with a cold drink watching whales, Dolphins and manta-rays that jump out of the water and flop back down. If the wind is up, watch the kite boarders and windsurfers that launch right in front of the house. The outside area offers multiple places to hang-out including your own private Palapa bar overlooking the beach and Sea of Cortez. The Hacienda also offers a huge outdoor Palapa room with a 90' built-in couch, dining tables and chairs, a wet bar, a sink, a 3rd stove/oven, and refrigerator, where you can sit back, read a book, eat, play games and still see everything going on at the beach and on the water. Move back to the interior courtyard and be soothed by the water fountain and watch the birds as they come in for a drink.

The Sea of Cortez is east facing, making for amazing sunrises.

Use our exclusive new Concierge service to book Adventure Tours, catering service, in massages, private yoga sessions, and in-home chefs.

Our clients also get first reservation rights and a 10% discount to whale watching cruises and sport fishing charters aboard hand picked yachts and cruisers.

Our staff is friendly and mostly English speaking. Our chefs and Mariachi bands will create the most memorable Fiesta ever. Baby sitting, meal prep, housekeeping, laundry service, guided day trips to La Paz, Cabo, or Lopez Mateos, ATV guide service, fly fishing guide service, all available through our FREE concierge service.

As our guest you will have FREE access to our Concierge service desk where we can book any adventure tour you could think of for as much as 20% less than if you booked it on your own.

We are also proud to offer in home catering or your personal chef. She is amazing. If you plan on using a chef or catering service, please check with us first as there are some that we do not allow on the property.

We offer a full complement of beach going supplies with ALL the toys to make your stay amazing. Kayaks, Stand up paddle boards (SUP’s), boogie boards, masks, snorkels and all the beach stuff. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids and beach towels.

We also rent our Honda 2-seater quads for a very affordable weekly rate. We also have our 5-seater 4X4 Polaris side by side.

I fell in love with this home because of what it meant to my father, it’s unique centralized beach front location and proximity to all the amenities the village of Los Barriles has to offer. When you stay at Hacienda del Mar you will see his unique artworks hanging within the entire Villa.
