Cancellation Policy – COVID-19

Dear future guests,

1. We guarantee a 100% refund of any monies paid, less processing fees, if borders are closed entering or leaving Mexico, USA, or Canada.
2. In addition, if anyone in your party becomes infected or there is a spike in cases here in Los Barriles, you will receive a 100% refund.
3. If there are no airlines flying into Mexico, again, you will receive a 100% refund.
4. Our standard cancellation policy when you book directly is 100% refund when canceled 120 prior to arrival for Hacienda del Mar, 90 days prior to arrival for Villa Tranquilo.
