Hahaha, I think these people were staying in a different house. LOL But believe me, we will be sure to verify all of this as Hacienda del Mar is always kept in pristine condition. If you read all the reviews, they are completely opposite of this guy’s. They also left with all the keys to the house. Grrrr
After investigating Noel’s claims, I decided the great Hacienda del Mar wasn’t so great. Soooo Hacienda del Mar has been completely remodeled. Taking over 2 years and $150,000, Hacienda del Mar is what you would expect in a $4,000,000 property. Boasting a completely new kitchen and bathrooms including new cabinetry, fixtures, appliances, granite and marble counters along with all new hand-crafted artisan furniture and furnishings from locally sourced hardwoods and artists.We also boosted our solar panel array to 30kw and installed a new commercial grade UV water purification system, exactly the type they use to make bottled water.
